What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, company (optional), topic and message.
- Templates “Get notified”: your email address.
- Reserve form: your name, email, company, the plan you’re interested in, budget and notes.
- As a client: the details in your account and on your board (requests, files, comments and notes), and your billing details on invoices.
How we use it
To reply to you, to run your plan or project, to send invoices, and to tell you about your account or the templates you asked to hear about. We don’t send marketing emails you didn’t ask for, and we never sell or rent your data.
Services we use
- Vercel hosts this website. Like any web host, it keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts on this site, so your browser connects to Google to load them.
- Web3Forms delivers the messages from our forms to our email inbox.
- Payoneer processes invoice payments. We never see or store your full card details.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and reserve requests for as long as they’re useful for replying to you or working together. We keep billing records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@manybuilds.com and we’ll reply within a few days.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and its date. Important changes will be emailed to active clients.
