How the plan really works.
What counts as one request?
One clear piece of work: a page, a section, a CMS collection, a set of fixes. If something is big, like a full site, we split it into parts and work through them in order.
Can I add requests anytime?
Yes. Add as many as you like and reorder them whenever priorities change. We always take the top one next.
Can my team add requests too?
Pro includes 2 seats and Team includes 5, so marketing, design and founders can all use the same board.
Can I use it on more than one site?
Yes. Both plans cover unlimited Webflow sites and brands. They all share the same queue.
What happens when I pause?
We don't start new work while you're paused, and the days you didn't use carry over to when you come back. No fee to pause.
How soon can we start?
Usually within 48 hours of your first invoice being paid.
