Who we are
ManyBuilds (“we”, “us”) builds and maintains Webflow websites for clients (“you”). We offer monthly subscriptions (Pro and Team) and one-time website projects (Star). By reserving a spot, paying an invoice or using your board, you agree to these terms.
Plans and how requests work
- Pro includes 1 active request at a time; Team includes 2. You can add as many requests to your queue as you like, and the next one starts when the current one is approved.
- Star is one website built from your Figma file, with the scope and price agreed before we start.
- We pick up new requests within 48 hours. Turnaround times on this site are typical estimates, not guaranteed deadlines. Large requests may be split into smaller parts.
- We may decline a request that is outside Webflow development, unlawful, or harmful.
Billing
- We bill by invoice, sent by email. You can pay by card or bank transfer.
- Monthly plans are billed in advance for each monthly period. Your board opens once the first invoice is paid.
- Star projects are billed 50% to start and 50% at launch. Pages beyond the agreed scope are $150 each.
- Prices may change for future periods. We will tell you before a change affects you.
Pausing and cancelling
- You can pause a monthly plan from your board. Unused days carry over to when you come back. There is no fee to pause.
- You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future invoices; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds
Because work starts as soon as your plan or project is active, payments for a started monthly period or a started project are not refundable. If something is wrong, write to us at hello@manybuilds.com and we will work it out with you.
Your content and accounts
- You confirm you have the rights to everything you send us: designs, text, images, fonts, logos and data.
- You give us the access we need (for example to Webflow and Figma) and can remove it at any time.
- Your Webflow plan, hosting, domains and third-party tools are your own accounts and costs. We are not responsible for outages or changes on those platforms.
Who owns the work
Once the related invoice is paid, the work we deliver for you is yours. We keep the right to reuse general know-how and non-client-specific techniques. We never show your project publicly without your permission, and we can work quietly under an agency’s brand.
Confidentiality
We keep your files, logins and business information private and only use them to do your work.
Liability
We work carefully, but websites depend on platforms and tools outside our control. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the month before the claim (or, for a Star project, the project fee). We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page with its date. If a change matters for active clients, we will let you know by email.
